specializations: emerging young adults, life transitions, trauma, neurodivergence and ADHD

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s twists and turns with compassion and curiosity. My work centers around supporting emerging young adults, those moving through major life transitions, and individuals who are healing from trauma or learning to embrace their neurodivergent identities, including ADHD.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based therapies. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership — a space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel both supported and challenged in meaningful ways. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build tools that help you feel grounded and capable in your daily life.

Whether you’re adjusting to adulthood, navigating relationships, coping with anxiety or depression, or simply feeling stuck, I aim to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and genuinely connected. Many of my clients come to therapy looking to better understand themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, and move through change with more confidence and clarity.

If you’re open to exploring your story with curiosity and want to make intentional, lasting change, let’s connect! My goal is to help you feel seen and supported as you grow into a more balanced, self-aware, and resilient version of yourself.
