I am a licensed independent social worker and my clinical emphasis lies in treating trauma, eating disorders, anxiety and life transitions. In addition to private practice, I have provided psychotherapy in various settings such as in home; inpatient for co-occurring disorders and in an outpatient setting for general mental health and domestic violence.

I utilize DBT interventions along with a humanistic approach and a touch of humor. I am trained in EMDR and utilize this form of treatment to assist clients in reducing trauma symptoms.

I understand that choosing a therapist can be challenging and sometimes therapy can be awkward. With that being said, I strive to create a welcoming environment for you to feel comfortable being vulnerable.
