Taking care of yourself is the best way to care for others. Thank you for taking the first step in caring for yourself by seeking therapy. I believe in approaching your needs and goals through collaboration, non-judgement and insight. This means being honest and being motivated to change. I strive to help those who find themselves struggling with issues related to anxiety, parenting, depression, relationships and boundaries.
I decided to become a social worker after experiencing compassionate therapeutic care from a social worker. I specialize in working with those managing stressors related to perinatal, postpartum and parenting. I additionally offer services to any person, creed or personality wanting to address the concerns or issues arising in their lives.
Give yourself credit for reaching out for help. I hope that you chose me to be the person to walk the journal to wellness with you.
