We all have a multitude of experiences throughout our lives the shape the story we tell ourselves about who we are and who we have the potential to become. As a therapist, my job is not to rewrite your story, but to offer perspective and guidance as we work together in identifying any roadblocks to becoming the version of yourself that is the most fulfilling.

My approach to therapy begins with learning about who you are, what you have experienced, and how those experiences have impacted you. I specialize in working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, and relationship concerns. I am extremely passionate about empowering my clients to feel liberated as they embrace the journey to finding their authentic self. I practice with a trauma-informed lens and pull from various therapeutic modalities, specifically dialectic behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.

While therapy can absolutely provide healing and acceptance, it also can be uncomfortable and challenging.
