I became a therapist because I find true joy in connecting with others. Since beginning a dual degree program in Social Work (MSW) and Women’s and Gender Studies (MA) at Loyola University Chicago in 2011, I have devoted my career to women’s behavioral health and trauma treatment. Over the past decade, I have specialized in supporting women and female-identifying individuals with warmth, creativity, and feminist values framing my work.

As the owner and founder of Wild Hope Therapy, I am proud to have collaborated with our incredible team to build a practice rooted in compassionate, trauma-informed care. My clinical focus today is providing EMDR therapy for complex trauma, birth trauma, and sexual trauma, with particular attention to trauma symptoms impacting the perinatal period.

Beyond my work with clients, I am energized by supporting the growth of other mental health professionals. I also provide consulting for emerging therapists in private practice, clinical consultation and trainings on trauma-informed care across a range of settings, including corporate, educational, and clinical environments. I believe in building communities of care that extend beyond the therapy room, empowering therapists and organizations to better serve women, femme, and nonbinary folks.

I believe that meaningful work—whether in therapy, leadership, or our community—can be simultaneously effective and deeply human. Lasting change takes place when we center compassion, creativity, and connection. At Wild Hope and beyond, my approach is relational and grounded in an awareness of the many systems we each inhabit, creating space for authenticity, growth, and joy.
