Life can be overwhelming—whether you’re navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or struggling to manage intense emotions, you don’t have to do it alone.
I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and trauma informed. I believe meaningful change begins when we stop asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking, “What happened to me?"
I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and brianspotting, approaches for helping clients process traumatic experiences and reduce emotional distress. My work focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves after years of coping in survival mode. Therapy with me is about building a strong, supportive relationship where you feel safe to explore your experiences and work toward healing—at your own pace.
Whether you're looking for relief, clarity, or a deeper sense of self-understanding, I’m here to support you in creating the life you want and deserve.
