specializations: perinatal mental health complications (PPA, PPD, POCD), birth trauma, parenting, autism in women, anxiety, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)

Merry meet! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio offering warm, affirming therapy for individuals navigating seasons of transition and change. My clinical expertise and professional passion is supporting clients through liminal phases, including with perinatal stress and mood disorders—depression (PPD), anxiety (PPA), obsessive-compulsive disorder (POCD), and birth-related trauma—as well as late-diagnosis in autistic women, breaking generational parenting cycles, and taking the first step out of the revolving door of anxiety and OCD.

I provide LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming care through a shame and trauma informed lens. My framework intentionally accommodates clients across the spectrum of neurotypes, honoring each person’s nervous system, communication style, and innate wisdom. I provide a collaborative approach to care—one where clients are supported in slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with themselves during times of uncertainty or transformation, embracing the role of self-as-expert with confidence. I offer both virtual and in-person services, and strive to create a therapeutic experience grounded in sensory awareness, flexibility, and empowerment.

If you’re seeking a supportive space to explore change, tend to what feels heavy, or reconnect with yourself, I am open and ready to meet you where you are.
