specializations: depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-love, trauma and women’s issues

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with experience in the mental health field since 2013, specializing in depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, and women's health concerns. I believe every client has the tools to create meaningful change and see myself as a guide, recognizing you as the expert in your own life.

My approach in therapy is tailored to each client, honoring their individuality. I integrate principles from CBT, DBT, trauma work, and other therapeutic modalities into each session. I advocate for others and prioritize creating a supportive environment where all individuals feel seen, heard, and respected. My commitment lies in inclusivity to all regardless of their sexuality or gender identity, supporting women’s health rights, and ensuring a safe space for BIPOC individuals.

Therapy can be uncomfortable, but your needs matter. My role is to be present with you, provide a safe space, and protect what you need in each moment.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family and friends, paddle boarding on the rivers in Columbus, reading, traveling, and trying to keep my basset hound entertained.
