I prioritize creating a therapeutic experience that feels warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, where you can explore and navigate life’s ups and downs. Through our work together, my clients gain a deeper connection to themselves, a renewed sense of clarity, and practical tools to navigate life’s transitions with confidence.

My approach is person-centered focusing on what feels most important to you. I use interventions and concepts from many different therapies including CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing as well as a feminist and trauma-informed lens in order to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to heal and grow.

I have worked extensively with adult women who have substance-use issues and I am passionate about supporting adult individuals from all backgrounds and identities who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, life adjustments and transitions, or trauma. I also find joy helping clients discover the answers they need to find the peace and understanding they are looking for.

Whether you’re experiencing a specific event or challenge, looking to prioritize yourself, or your distress has been a surprise, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and gain clarity. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative and creative while also challenging and celebratory at times. I would love the opportunity to work with you!
