I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. I have been in the field since 2018 and have experience providing group, individual, and couples counseling in all levels of care, including inpatient and outpatient services in a hospital setting, community mental health, and private practice.

I have worked with a wide variety of populations and challenges. My specialty areas of focus include women’s care, relationship issues, chemical dependency/substance use, relationship trauma, survivors of domestic violence, grief and loss, LGBTQIA+ specific concerns, mood disorders, major life events and changes, and anxiety disorders.

I enjoy utilizing several modalities in my work including person centered, CBT, DBT, solution focused, and motivational interviewing. I truly believe that everyone needs at least one safe space to truly be themselves! I value flexibility in every session, building rapport with every client, being supportive, compassionate, empathetically direct, and genuine.

While starting therapy can be extremely scary, I pride myself in creating a low stress environment and meeting you where you are.

Outside of work, you will find me in a classroom furthering my education, spending time with my fur children, trying new pizza places, and attending Cleveland sports games.
