I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and I provide teletherapy to adults of all genders who live in the state of Ohio. Therapy can feel uncomfortable at times because change is difficult, so my hope is to create an environment where you can be authentic and share your thoughts and feelings.

My approach to therapy is warm and person centered with a trauma-informed perspective to learn about how your past experiences have impacted you. I have training in a range of evidenced-based modalities I can use to cater my therapy approach to your specific needs, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I specialize in treating trauma, life changes that create stress, and women’s issues, and I offer therapy that is LGBTQ+ affirming. My areas of expertise include treating post traumatic stress, depressive and anxiety disorders, and adjustment disorders. I developed my passion for treating trauma at a non-profit serving survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, exposure to domestic violence as a child, and child abuse and neglect.

You are the expert on yourself and I am here to guide and support you in your therapeutic journey. If you feel I would be a good fit for you, take the first step today and reach out to book an appointment. I look forward to meeting you!
