As a licensed independent social worker, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals in all stages of life. My area of focus has primarily been working with survivors of trauma, significant loss, and/or those struggling with mental illness and addiction.

I utilize EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness interventions in order to assist clients looking to gain deeper understanding of self, their interpersonal relationships, and the path moving forward in healing.

I believe in an individualized approach in therapy, catered to your needs and personal goals. I am empathetic, authentic, and direct in my support through any major or minor challenges that may be an area of concern.
